GE Nostr. Thought of the day: Tweaking your shell, editor, IDE, note-taking software, etc., is one of those fun activities that quickly turns into a time sink and a major excuse to procrastinate in the name of productivity.

Are my IntelliJ, Neovim, and Obsidian tweaks making me more productive? Maybe... Enough to justify the hundreds of hours I've spent on them? Probably not. Was it fun? Oh yes! Will I become more self-aware and stop doing it? Hell no!
