Ask every business you ever interact with if they take Bitcoin. Prioritize businesses that take it. Growth will follow from there.

It's been a tough sell when I tell customers I accept BTC.

It's usually accompanied with a snear and an exclamation of "oh, I don't deal with crypto".

The few customers that do have BTC are number-go-up and store-of-value. No interest in using it as currency.
