This US holiday weekend, I finally got to play a real game of scrabble. I kicked ass. That ten year old didn't see it coming :D

Nice! It's been sometime since I have participated in a game of scrabble.
It was so funny to see how often we had to check the dictionary, so used to having the computer tell me that the answers/words don't fit....such a back in the day feeling
That sounds lovely. A good dictionary and thesaurus were my friend for many years through figuring out what I wanted to do in school - literature > computer science > finally just jumped into working with technology.
