Right after graduating, I started an internship at a newspaper. I was assigned to the economics department. I didn’t know anything about economics at the time and thought I needed to learn. I watched this video by Ray Dalio, and that’s when I learned that the economy is built on credit. Because of this, economic crises every 10 or 100 years are inevitable. People spend money that doesn’t actually exist, experiencing a period of abundance, and later, when it's time to pay back that nonexistent money, often at a much higher cost, they go through a period of economic contraction. That's right. To truly understand Bitcoin, one must first know how the economy works and why it makes sense to look for an alternative.
