I think 6102 is a matter of fact, inevitable. The point here will be who gets ready now for when the regulatory arbitrage becomes a necessity.

The part where you think Saylor has made a deal with a sovereign etc etc has little grounding I think because the stack is not his, it's MSTR's, and not only he lacks the power to make that sort of decision on his own, but he would be exposing himself to massive liability if he tried and it somehow leaked.

The list of US government agencies that would jump on his ass would take a whole Wikipedia.

I didn’t say Saylor *has* made a deal, I hypothesised that it’s a route he may look at. If he can relocate MSTR then those coins, yes custodied by the company not the man himself, suddenly look very different - his level of discretion could be very different in another jurisdiction, particularly if he personally has backing of a sovereign.
