I didn’t say Saylor *has* made a deal, I hypothesised that it’s a route he may look at. If he can relocate MSTR then those coins, yes custodied by the company not the man himself, suddenly look very different - his level of discretion could be very different in another jurisdiction, particularly if he personally has backing of a sovereign.

He can't do any of that unless he goes through all the regulatory loops.

If there was no prior announcement from the US govt of a 6102-like move that could justify it, he would surely fail to make the case. If the 6102 was announced, then it would be too late and the US Govt wouldn't let them do it, by any means necessary.

In any case, should he try to do it, the process is not instantaneous. The alarm would be raised immediately and the US Gvot would have plenty of time to react and take measures. Saylor would probably be JohnMcAfee'd on the spot.
