Get a decline bench. Take the bar and do a rowing movement like its paddles with your upper body in the air. After going to both sides for 10, finish with a push up like movement pushing the bar over your head at the top. Do this for 10 more

Donโt have a video of the exact exercise, since a friend showed me.
But its more or less a combination of these two.
And I meant a sit up like movement in the post before.
ok - I got it now.
Will figure something out for next time.
Like the โstableโ one more, but then moving your torso up-and-down. Have done that before lying flat on the ground with a 5kg or 10kg plate in my hands, basically extending out when moving up.
