For larger businesses there are systems like Odoo or Dolibarr, but they need a server and quite some setup.

I've heard also good things about #Tryton by nostr:npub14n87ave7ejan5867kpw6dl4f8rz8ahgy5m9fc9urgjsch830qz7sesfjgz, an #Odoo (formerly known as #OpenERP (formerly known as #TinyERP)) fork. No own experience whatsoever.
