I wouldnt really consider greens food, but sure.
Not just greens
Do you have links to economically viable operations eoing other stuff? Last i checked tomatoes in warehouses was the only viable operation.
Aquaponics ….
wow just look at your property....lol
'Muricans.
You just want to keep eating steaks and force everyone else to eat sludge.
My original post stands.
What? Im not forcing anyone to eat anything. I own my property specifically to try to provide meat in the most efficient way possible so more can eat it. But the wealthy will eat steaks while the poor eat bread and bugs if population continues to increase dramatically.
You're not providing enough then.
Are you a farmer? Thats a pretty fucked up thing to say if your not. Im already operating at a 33% higher capacity than my county recommends and will get to 1au/acre in 2 or 3 more years. I've only been ranching for 3 years... So at that rate im producing ~600cals for a person per acre per year with sheep or 845cal per acre per year with beef, meaning it takes around 3-4acres to feed a person on grass fed grass finished meat.
600 calories per acre per year seems low. Are you sure you’re not producing more? You said “per person” maybe I’m not getting what that means. Or what am I missing?
