i heard a lot of carnivores don’t prefer pork, so i wanted to see if it was true
My brain feels like it’s short circuiting. Carnivores don’t like bacon? Is it people doing a specific meat based diet who avoid bacon because it’s processed?
Bacon is amazing. Eating steak every meal is just a flex. You can totally avoid steak, eat bacon, then just cook and grind up calf liver into pate and be a gangsta, getting more outta that than steak. Liver is the ultimate multivitamin.
Nitrates I guess? There is a point though where food anxiety is more detrimental to your health than the offending food. 🤷♂️

Cows have four stomachs to better cleaning and process, what they’re eating into their flesh
That might be part of the reason trichinosis is not as big of an issue for cows or at all perhaps and thus the ancestral world had a bias against pork

I hate bacon… tried once long time ago and had not any desire to take it anymore.

And I hate that people invited this killing process and still developing it.
I can hear in my head the screams how I heard as a child in the village. I’ve heard a lot of animals death as a kid. Pigs, cows, rabbits,chickens ..
I see now that it was amazing childhood, but I’ve got the trauma so I can’t eat meat.
And yea, I hate it all.
I was just joking, perhaps in poor taste. I have a colleague that grew up on a farm and became a vegetarian because of it. So maybe not the uncommon of a story.
Curious though it's there is something in bacon you find particularly objectionable, or just looking pigs or animals all around?
