- You get the best taste with freshly roasted beans (giant bags of beans are usually cheaper, but the taste quickly changes)
- Use a good burr grinder that can grind the beans to a smooth almost powdery consistency
- Use bottled water if your tap water has too much calcium (or has bad taste)
- Ignore the youtube coffee snobs ☕ Experiment and find what you like
