Not sure that's true. I think that stopped mostly around last fall/dec. Some still, sure.

But in the meantime, slashing the requirements for egg producers and all farming at the federal level and pressuring the state ag heads could ease much of the pressure as well.

He could also promote local farming, home chickens, etc ...
