If you mean noKYC in the sense of „I don’t have to provide my ID“, then yes. To me true noKYC is when you can’t infer the true purpose of a transaction, or even if the transaction happened at all (only possible with cash unfortunately).

I heard about a website called https://localsats.org , maybe could help.

I use robosats too. There you could buy with gift cards, which could be an option, but still in theory the website where you buy your gift card can track somehow, but I think it is harder to track there then with any other transfer. But unfortunately the liquidity of gift cards are low.

But at the end, if there are websites where you can buy gift cards for bitcoin, we could create one strictly p2p, because then people who want to spend btc in a shop, would directly send the btc to people who want to buy but in a more anonymous way. How stupid is this idea?
