American regulators and law enforcement say “we don’t care” to laws, the constitution, bill of rights, and human rights charters all the time.

Just saying, fun to comb through laws and precedents with a fine tooth comb, but at the end of the day all of this is very unpredictable.

Of course try and fight through legal systems and our courts when the time comes. But, it seems some level of civil disobedience (with quite unenforceable action if you ask me) could be expected at some point.
