I don't feel comfortable with politicians having Bitcoin. While we can't stop them, I really don't feel we should be encouraging it.

Bitcoin is either desirable to hold or it's not. You can't have both.

Indeed. I know it can't be stopped, but I don't like it.

I don't either, but there's nothing we can do about it ans I prefer state stacking to nation-state stacking.

I also think this law is different. It seems they are giving pensions permission to stack up to 13 billion bucks worth of permissionless money. It's kinda funny.

Nevermind. 😮 The pension is just one part. They really want to stack sats.

I don't see how pensions can survive without bitcoin. I also agree that states stacking is not ideal because political whims change like thw wind, but at least states are more decentralized than the federal government.
