Today I believe I will introduce myself.

I'm known here as Rex Damascus, my birth name is Neal.

My Bitcoin journey has been interesting. I got into Bitcoin about four years ago doing questionable things. Once I fully grokked the use case and the importantance, I left that lifestyle aside and started stacking in earnest. It only took three years to understand Bitcoin and just how powerful it will be.

I was on Twitter just doing Bitcoin things while Twitter did dumb stuff. Npubs were being tweeted out from other Bitcoiners in protest, and that's were my curiosity got the best of me. Nostr to me is a place were we can join together without big government influenced tech interfering. Nostr appeals to me because of the signal that emanates from the plebs. That signal is hope for a better, freer world under a Bitcoin standard.
