Anybody else update Amethyst and all of the sudden you have 1 relay, and unfollowed your entire follow list? And it's not just some weird app UI bug or connection thing. Confirmed on all clients.

I found one of your follow lists with 1198 follows, and made that my follow list. Now you can use a client like Snort to hit "follow all" on my follow list.

This happened to me when I posted a profile update on a different client a few months back. Then discovered http://metadata.nostr.com rebuilt my follow list and now back it up from time to time.

Iris also has an option to backup your events and following. Once you've restored your Nostrix maybe do a backup once a week there or via nostryfied.online.
