What's the best way to custody bitcoin for your family with some transparency? It's not worth to give them a hardware wallet and send the coins directly due to the small amounts. LNBits and give them an account that they can see it?

So You have to learn them about it. I think to the future btc itās the best invesment. Spend only to necessary and rest of hold. I think in a couple of years you will be able to buy an apartment house or a car for thousands of Satoshi. So investment to the future of your family mainly children is perfect option. You can prepare for them bright future with optimal learning about it surely

Good idea. They are not advanced yet, so the best I think is if they have some place (mempool.space, my lnbits instance, etc.) that they can open in the browser and that shows them their balance. They are not even at a stage where they would spend it in any way.
