The older I get, the more I enjoy that which feels good for my body. I crave the other stuff some times but it doesn't hit the same anymore.

I enjoy a lot of meat, but I hate veggies.

Pretty sure meat is healthy, after all, if it's raised right, it's composed of veggies.

Yeah, I eat steak and stuff, eat a lot of pizza, corn dogs, burgers, fried cheese, cookies, shit like that.

Agreed, healthy can be tasty, also dont fall into the trap of health propogandists who would only have you eat salads and stuff.

My body speaks to me in this way too. It's like a sixth sense related to nutritional value or something.

I am grateful that my wife makes me food that I find feels good in my body and tastes amazing. My tastes have changed also.

Today's morning menu is decided. The peppers are from our home garden, and they're the best peppers weve ever grown so far. Compost tea makes a huge difference!

That's some good looking food. πŸ’š
