I'm 45 years old today.

Over the past year or two I've...

- built an off-grid home (not house) on 1.31 acres debt free

- written and published my 4th book, Benefits of Bitcoin

- built out a 6 to 5 kilowatt pv, 20kwh 48 volt solar power system

- expanded our crypto mining passive income

- watched out book sales passive income become more steady

- started working on my fifth book, "How to Build Highly Authentic Relationships"

- moved to Kingman, Arizona

- done business in Flagstaff, Kingman, Scottsdale and north Scottsdale, Peoria, and Glendale Arizona, and also California, from Redding to San Diego

- finally obtained my wife's green card

- achieved a 1511 day streak on Duolingo, mostly learning Korean

- started a business tutoring Koreans in English (very fulfilling!)

- watched many Korean TV shows, acquiring Korean in the process

- became a Bitcoiner even harder

- started going on podcasts

- became a father

- learned so much about forgiveness, and interacting with God

I'm halfway to 90 years old, and excited about arriving at this age, and looking forward to the years and memories to come.

I'm most excited about welcoming our son John this coming September. Becoming a father has been a dream of mine for most of my life and I've worked on becoming the kind of man who would be a good father. I'm grateful to God and my wife for this opportunity. Here's to another 45 years and beyond!
