Am I ridiculous for having nuts altitude sickness in Denver? Can barely move.
Discussion
Not necessarily if you’re coming from sea level. Drink some electrolytes.
What causes that
I had that the first time I came to Denver. It’s pretty gnarly. Coconut water has natural electrolytes and will help + extra of rest.
Sorry man! Shouldn’t happen the next time! Glad to have you at The Space!
Drink lots of water. Morn than you normally would. A dash of salt or electrolytes.
Altitude sickness sucks. Been there. Hydrate. A lot! Emergen-C or other electrolytes will likely help as well. And rest. Sleep helps a lot when paired with hydration.
last time I went, couldn't breath my nose was all dried up and congested, woke up during the night out of breath. went away after 2-3 days
Nope. Happened to me too (maybe not as bad). Same in Mexico City.
🤐
Oh bummer
Oxygen is real / 5280 feet altitude baby
There is chlorophyll that helps - Whole Foods
They smoke a lot of weed up there too, which kind of altitude are we talking about here 🤣
