This is still a thing on Android, in "24h trending" as well as in "my follows trending"

ever since you've published android clients of primal the trending feeds would work differently compared to the web client.
On my android phone (grapheneOS, pixyel 5) these feeds start aggregating those notes with the highest amount of engagement and keep them in the feed over the next days. It does actually include new notes, too.
So right now, since I installed your new android client last week, my primal client shows a combination of high engagement notes from 1w ago to 5h ago and all the most popular notes in between.
This keeps happening for "trending 24h" feed as well as "trending, my follows" feed.
It usually resetted everytime I installed a new app release version.
