definitely comfortable questions those as well. take the bleeding patient for example: i would ask why their blood pressure is low and find that they have lost blood volume, then ask why they lost it, then as why they keep losing it and eventually come to the logical conclusion that they need whole blood as soon as possible and a surgeon to fix the bleeding or they will developed a consumptive coagulate and die.
