I've been wanting to collect a load of clean sea water and filter and dry it out on a big wide glass evaporation dish, forever. Now I live close to some of the cleanest ocean near human settlement, it has to be done. In fact, if I come to having enough resources to start a business, it's gonna be small salt thing. As it is, relatively decent, almost proper grey salt is available here and this style of raw crystals seems to be customary.
