I'm lactose intolerant. I've yet to try raw milk and see how I fair with that, but, I'm avoiding dairy except for butter, as anything else seems to stall my weight loss.

I found that milk makes my prostate swell up which is no fun. I thought I was lactose intolerant for a while but since experimenting with keto / carnivore / fasting my tolerance seemed to improve. Cheers fam!

I don't think most processed milk is actually good for anyone. Next year I'll be trying raw milk and see how my body reacts.
