Here's one of my favorite Core excercises:

Hollow Holds

With a Progression from easy to hard. Choose one Tier you can hold for at least 20sec (to keep a good form) and build up to several sets of 60s. Then, Rather holding for longer I prefer doing the next progression. Let me know if you like these :)
