I think he is referring to the Czech interface that we shipped in the last version.

Some things should not be translated at all. I prefer English in apps, I just can't find language settings. You can't translate relay, follow, unfollow and many other word to Czech unless it seems like a joke.

Does Twitter keep those words in English?

Don't know. On twitter I can select the language of the interface in settings.
