Time for some fabrication work. Gotta cut 3 panels out of this cat walk, make a shelf for the panels to then sit on, and set them back down so they can be removed at will, so the floor below can be properly cleaned, cause it’s nasty.

Warning: I am not a welder, I just know how to make two pieces of metal become one lol
