I haven’t consumed animal milk in years. Almond milk is simple to make from just almonds and filtered water. 🀍

Not sure on exact amount of water almonds need to be grown but I believe it's a lot. Have you looked into this?

Almonds have a lot of Omega 6 in them which has been shown to cause inflammation

So they take a lot of water and cause inflammation? Jeez, I thought they were healthy.

The amount of almonds that make it into a cup of almond milk is like 3. As long as you aren’t drinking only almond milk all day, I think the negatives are negligible.
