Coffee is so daunting. I’ve thought about subbing for something else (most likely matcha) and weening off from there. But haven’t been able to commit to that idea yet.
Nicotine really helps me to lock in on projects and stuff so I really go back and forth on completely cutting that out.
A bunch of people have told me that fast food was the hardest for them which I never understood. That was the easiest things I’ve given up.
Drinking it was like a lightbulb went off and it was just time to do it. The other stuff was pretty similar for me haha
I pretty much agree with you on all points. Fast food was SOOO easy to give up, drinking was kind obvious given how I drank, nicotine=hardest, and I feel like I could quit coffee, but I enjoy it and really don’t see it as a vice if it’s in moderation 🤷♀️
