appliances today are not built like they used to be. lots of enshittification across products.

Yeah I can tell… this one’s only a couple months old…
it is planned obsolescence . why get consumers good high quality products if you can mass produce crap with depreciation turnover at a quicker rate of replacement.
big names from back in the day are guilty of this too - just collecting value on their brand recognition rather than a good product.
On top of this all, we got our appliances spying on us and collecting data now..
