Nostr lacks a proper data platform. 🤔
What if you could combine everything, from interactions, to content, and trust into one system that can explore all of Nostr...
Few understand this and those that do will lead the solution for discovery

So centralise the decentralised? 🤣
This can be built without centralization. Nostr is a huge graph database and everyone's sleeping on it 😂
Though some things are computationally intensive, so there will be service providers that do this in bulk. Still, you have alternatives.
Clarify please.
Database under control of service providers? Who decides who the providers will be? Is this different from relays?
Not sorry for the dumb questions . I want to understand your perspective relating to database storage .
Elaborate?
yeah..nostr been around for 2 years and still no proper search engine existing even tho all data is open access
That's the purpose of the Alexandria client of nostr:nprofile1qyghwumn8ghj7mn0wd68ytnvv9hxgtcpz9mhxue69uhkummnw3ezuamfdejj7qgmwaehxw309a6xsetxdaex2um59ehx7um5wgcjucm0d5hsqg8ayz8w3j8jsduq492j39hysg7vnhrtl4zzqcugj4m3q62qlkf8cya27hm0 .
If you play with a zettelkasten for some time, you will find that it's a great tool for isolating the noise and condensing signal.
Alexandria will eventually condense all the information coming from the market. Collaborative editing won't even be necessary because the market will itself filter what is truthful and what isn't.
Alexandria will become something like a search engine and everyone will be able to copy it and compete with it
Isn't this architectural? Content, interactions (which are content) and trust are all data which are pulled from various relays. Solve that and it starts to sound like a smart server.
I'd like to keep dumb servers but perhaps enable clients to share the results of their smart work. For example, key delegation is expensive to resolve but once done, the resulting data is perfect for sharing over relays.
