You can login via npub with most clients for view only it's a feature. If I want to view your timeline I can literally login with your npub.

In fact on Nostur for iOS, I can login with any user npub and view who they have been sending messages to in the DMs. as much as it is encrypted and you can't see the content.. FYI.
