thanks, but i dont think 200kg on the legs is significant. I think i recall a buddy doing 450s when we were 17-18yo
in fairness, he was an absolute powerhouse. Prob next closest was in the 3s

I did exactly this last night, same weight and all.
I donβt get immediately affected much but will definitely have bad DOMS in a day or two
