Having a bad greif day today, not sure why some days are randomly so bad and other days everything is normal.

Is it even possible to fully heal after losing a loved one?

I am very sorry to hear you are suffering today. I will pray for healing and comfort for you. 💜

It took me years, and it never heals completely, it also depends on the circumstances of that loss.

Losing a young person is not the same as losing an older person.

It takes time bro.

No. It just gets less painful with time. I eventually started seeing grief, as those no longer here urging me forward.

This made sense to me. I wanted to go back and the pain was them turning me forward again. It’s exactly what they would do.

Time and reflection on good memories. Years later.. still at it. But, the good memories become easier and easier to enjoy and the pain gradually becomes more of a bearable, fleeting melancholy.

After a loss you often go through 5 stages: denial, anger, negotiation, depression and finally acceptance. Each stages may take differently long time to process, and there may also be some hoping back and forth, but the goal - in order to move on - is always to reach the state of acceptance!

Time is healing. Take good care of you.
