i suspect it's from carbohydrates...

in a non-diabetic person, the sugars are synthesised into fats and these are nasty ass fats that clog up your heart and one of the ways the body eliminates things from the body is through the pores

i have had a persistent but slowly remitting parasite problem, this little tiny dust sized thing called demodex mites, they are real bastards, in the dark and especially at night the males are running around your skin hunting females, and they cavorting entails all kinds of tweaking of nerves and bumping of hairs and whatnot... i developed this problem while i was in Amsterdam december 2019, it was an extremely warm, humid winter that year, just before the pandemic hit...

this parasite feeds on fats, and is very fond of yecchy stuff like what makes a bad smell, so i am pretty sure this is a result somehow related to my ongoing blood sugar regulation problem

one of the things i have found makes my skin really nice is cacao butter and another is beef dripping (tallow)... i think goat tallow is quite good too - sheep tallow is a bit soft and more like lard, gives more greasy appearance and has a stronger smell

Could be sugar, I do eat too much of it. I use lard on my hands it does work well. Thank you for the response
