Hey Nostr fam, Favor here 💛

Just dipping my toes into this wild Bitcoin world. It feels like stepping into a buzzing electric current—so much energy, so many ideas.

I read Bitcoin hit $112,509 in May. Now it’s hovering around $104K. That kind of movement feels like a heartbeat—alive, pulsing with belief in something bigger.

I’m not all in yet… but I feel what it stands for. Freedom. Trust. A little rebellion.

Still figuring it out—wallets, keys, that “not your keys, not your coins” thing. It’s a lot… but I’m here for it.

I found this quote that feels soft but strong:

“The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is now.”

It’s like Bitcoin’s whispering that to me.

So tell me—how did you feel when you first got into Bitcoin?

cold storage larger amounts. If your accumulating a bit at a time, accumulate using lightning and then send the whole amount into cold. Lookup UTXOs https://lightningpay.nz/help/learn/saving-in-bitcoin/using-lightning-to-save-on-fees

Max Keiser reckons anyone thats HODL for 4 years has not lost. If it dips, dont cry, buy. Be patient, the sacrifices to save in BTC will be worth it.

I’ve been hearing a lot about cold storage but it felt intimidating.

Saving through lightning & sending to cold makes it feel less scary.

And yeah… 4 years HODL sounds like a promise worth the wait 🧡

Immediate exposure to #Bitcoin / #BTC is the most important thing right now; you don't have to understand it fully to benefit from it. Just get on an exchange & purchase it. 💁‍♂️

Then go down the rabbit hole of self-custody & operational security so that you can withdraw it from the exchange & keep it. 🤙
