I wish I enjoyed sports. They’re designed to mimic activities that we are hard-wired to do - run, jump, lift, track objects, use fine motor movements, dexterity, coordinate with others, etc. I enjoy weight lifting, so my brute strength is OK, but because I neglected sports my whole life I have horrible dexterity, reaction time and spatial awareness for my age at 43. My kids are all involved with sports and I press their importance.
