It is censorship if the state of a platform bans speech. It is curation if users of a protocol are able to decide what they want to see. I choose to use nostr:npub1sn0wdenkukak0d9dfczzeacvhkrgz92ak56egt7vdgzn8pv2wfqqhrjdv9’s content and user reports to shape now I use Nostr. You can choose to ignore his reports and curation.
Well, it was of course but I see most of the people on nostr to reject any type of moderation/curation hopiuming to “do everything on their own” or “utilize client algos” (?)
But maybe it just has to be brought by a note charismatic personality in order for nostr community to embrace it (:
