Probably a collaborative note taking app that syncs across all devices
Note taking/journaling app
Uses a small set of relays to store encrypted, structural information
Said information can be a list of todos, basic notes with a heading, or tables of schedules to manage a project
All those objects are organized into a tree-view to keep topics separated
Although they are stored on relays, this is merely for backups. They actually connect p2p with the user's devices for instant syncing.

The paper folds like a paper plane and flies away.
You can scroll the sky at will and grab /click on paper planes, reading the content in black and white.
You can reply to a paper plane and it will fly together/in formation.
No user info is displayed. But you can fold the paper plane back to a sheet to reveal who said what etc.
