Europe has officially escalated the situation. After firing off a toughly written letter meant to scare Trump straight, they’ve now deployed their ultimate deterrent... soldiers dancing in formation.
What possible response is there to this?

It’s a sales pitch for the great replacement.
My, how you’ve grown 😂
Does it go something like this?

Seems to me there’s a trade-off with that level of individual freedom. An organised collective can take power from within. Many such cases.
So there is a balance, eh? It doesn’t need to be a binary choice. The ideal is somewhere in the middle.

Or the TLDR version.

Paperclip Maximizer is on the banned list.
We should manifest more Hitlers.
Disclaimer: Not the fake genocidal Hitler. The real one who almost saved Germany from ruin.
For being leadership of a national socialist group with political ambitions*

Good job, Sheriff Gary
Depends. Media links could become dead if the file is deleted from the hosting server. A link to Giphy might break or even point to a different image without you knowing. But a link which includes the hash of the image, like nostr.build or blossom based servers, encodes the actual image hash, so even though the link doesn’t change, a client can potentially look on different servers in the case of a dead link because it can prove the image correct because of the hash.
We should welcome constructive criticism, no? Group-think is the enemy, a natural human tendency.
This is what the early web must have felt like: https://github.com/markqvist/NomadNet

They knew it was BS before most did, it seems. Ahead of the curve.
bitchat 1.2.0 (purple) shipping to testflight tonight.
this enables mutual favorites to automatically switch to a nostr-based transport when one of them leaves the mesh. only for private messages for now using NIP-17.
basically people can bitchat in person, favorite each other at that time, and then can continue the conversation if internet is available through nostr, from any distance. no need to input a npub or know anything about nostr. it just works.
