I doubt he does that as one of his first EOs was related to protecting free speech….
And the guy talks crap about nearly all his opponents.
My bet would be he doesn’t limit free speech simply based upon his recent actions

Theoretically sure.
But from what I’ve seen of Trump, that action (behavior) would be in direct violation of his espoused beliefs.
Also last night during one of his EO signings he was asked to comment on Biden having pardoned Biden’s family and many others on his way out.
Trump said it makes them all look guilty.
That question was followed up with, “when your term is done will you pardon your family?”
To which he basically said, “no…what for? If I did so it would make me look very guilty of something. If I didn’t do it at the end of my last term why would I do it now.”
So current indications are he isn’t concerned about people saying (or doing) “mean things” about the President.
That’s my take.
Could he issue an EO like you said? Sure!
Will he? I stick to my bet of 99.99% he won’t 😉
