I gotta be honest, I'm not paying for the salt I'm paying for the flavor.

I know I could dump out a salt shaker and snort a few lines.

I need so much choking it down is not gonna happen.

I agree. I normally use something like True Lemon Lemonade flavors or something like MiO to add flavoring. I salt all my meals throughout the day so I don't have to use as much as some brands do per serving.

I salt everything too and still need more. 2-4 servings of relyte per day depending how active I was and how hot it was. Sweaty and salt rings in all my hats. Blood pressure is always good unless I cut back so I let it rip.
