Bitcoin just doesn't care. The reaction to clog the chain for days with jpegs is the overreaction the jpegoors are complaining about and they're paying through their nose for fees (what's the rush in inscribing immortal sats 🤷😂)

The ones excited about this overreaction are the platforms looking/hoping to (wash) trade by farming engagement in discussions to find the marks

The ones who want to keep debating about ordinal inscriptions are the bagholders who already scammed themselves buying overpriced sats.
