It's giving me an uneasy feeling how much bitcoin they're buying.

As long as bitcoin goes up and we do our best to stack Sats ourselves and run a node we are Gucci

You right yogi

They have an unlimited amount of cash.

Wall Street money printer go brrrrr

Do you think we get another MSTR buy announcement on Monday? Not sure how the market would react if they went from buying $2billion a week to $2billion a quarter. Either way it will be fun to watch.

The devils in the details here I suppose. The dividend rate will probably be very low. BTC doesn’t spin off cash flows to support dividends.

they probably will be able to issue at a low pref yield in exchange for the conversion upside. smart tactic for the strategy they're running

It’s fun to watch what he’d doing both in NGU and who it seems to piss off…

Jeez... this guy really really loves #bitcoin

Sooner or later I bet some of these multi billion dollar buys will push the price up meaningfully

Damn... how many ways can you pluck a chicken?!

Money glitch

It’s crazy how people cannot compute what Saylor is doing to leverage the capital markets to accretively stack #bitcoin. The tradfi crowd calls #MSTR a ponzi. Debt to equity is 16%. FTX formerly and US Gov currently at 120%…

Where will the dividends come from?

Any long term price predictions for MSTR?

issuing 0 coupon convertible bonds and common equity is one thing but dividend paying prefs feels like turning up the treadmill dial
