idk I crave carbs like a motherfucker

but I keep my carbs to before bed and then fast in the mornings to alleviate brain fog. I'll have some fruits in the morning if I must.

Happy with where I'm at, just need to eat more and keep up the gym and the sleep.

Seed oils and sugars are so fucked but it's probably hard for people to attribute feeling tired to their foods when you're told "cholesterol free" is healthy and you're also doing a 100 other bad habits.
