This is saying that a column is missing in the database. So it could be an error happened while upgrading caused a dirty database. Or if this is a net new instance it might've never initialized properly in the first place.

I would wipe the volume and try again. Happy to hop on a call sometime and help if you want.

I was trying to just use the main service but there don’t seem to be any options available for doing anything like that. Can’t even find a settings or account info sort of stuff. Any help would be appreciated because this is the only key management/access tool for Nostr that I know. Would love to get it working. 🙏🏻

I self host so haven't used the hosted version. If you don't get someone's help this evening I'll be available tomorrow and can lend you a hand/eyes or rubber ducky.
