Idk, crumbling govt services may be the catalyst that drives bitcoin rich ancaps to create decentralized community security. Community watch systems powered by keet or nostr with some Uber like way to signal for help, with lots of nearby people always on call. There are some complicated issues with reputation & the potential for abuse, so it'd be important to find some way to address those, but overall it doesn't seem implausible. And if we can secure people against govt gangs we can secure them against basically anything. The Bundy Ranch standoff & local militia was effective.
