i just realized that this is a great tool to move things from your computer to phone lol so you can use it for that. :D

Yeah. A link, npub, nsec. Those kind of things.
I use a few other methods. Creating a draft email in Proton (or you could use Gmail) and copying pasting the info into the draft and saving it. That makes it easy to access across computer and mobile.
