Some mental health conditions, including anxiety and depression, can also have physical symptoms that people might ignore. These include:

- changes in appetite and energy

- new aches and pains

- digestive issues

- trouble sleeping

- sleeping more than usual

Between the sexes, men are almost 4x more likely to die by suicide. Speak up, take care of yourself, and support other men.
